Are there minimum configuration requirements for support to be provided by the CSC?

Lenovo is the recommended and supported choice for departmental purchased computers and can be purchased by going to www.cdwg.com/pacific
Below is a listing of the Minimum System Requirements for Support for existing computers.  Computers not meeting the requirements below will be serviced as Level 2 support.  For more information on service levels see FAQ Article 318: What is the Customer Support Center service commitment?

In addition to the above hardware requirements, a firewall must be present and a computer's anti-virus definitions and operating systems must be kept current.  Anti-virus definitions and operating system updates can be no more than one week old.
