How do I contact the Customer Support Center (CSC)? What are the CSC office hours?

Customer Support Center (CSC) is staffed from 8:00am to 5:00pm Mon - Fri.  

The CSC does close during university holiday and seasonal days and on some weekends associated with these events. 

Emergency support is available after hours via a paging system.  If you have an IT emergency item, call the CSC at 209.946.7400. You will receive a message stating that you can leave a message, or you may follow the instructions detailed in the greeting to page a technician if your incident is an IT emergency.
